Courtroom expert testimony and deposition strategy and support. RATES:

General - $300.00 per hour. Trial and deposition counselling - $450.00 per hour. Travel - per diem, plus airfare.

Married for 46 years. 15 years as a licensed contractor in California; a construction accident changed my career path. 30 years as a licensed residential real estate agent in California with Coldwell Banker. 20 years being in the top 10% of all Coldwell Banker agents nationwide. These are President Circle and President Elite designations within Coldwell Banker. In 2 of those years, I was the number 1 buyer’s agent in both Yolo and Solano counties, I have always been in the top tier in agent production. I served 2 years being the president of the local Babe Roth baseball league, where during my tenure, we reestablished a mid-size transitional baseball field with 60-foot bases; a first in our community. For 15 years I was the chief new agent mentor for my office where all new agents joining the brokerage firm were required to be monitored and trained.
